Payment Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on rovenhall.com, operated by Silavann-john LIM (SNL.CF), trading as ROVENHALL. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy.

Currency

All transactions are processed in GBP (£). The price shown on the product page, in any advertisement and at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden fees, and — because orders ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — no additional import duties, customs or handling charges are added on delivery.

When you are charged

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will not complete the charge, or we will refund any amount already taken, to your original payment method.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the third-party payment providers listed above, through secure, encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections. ROVENHALL does not see, collect or store your full card number or security code. Card data is handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna are subject to that provider's own terms and eligibility checks.

Fraud prevention

To protect customers, our payment providers may carry out fraud and security checks before authorising a transaction. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that fails these checks or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

Billing information

You confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Inaccurate billing details may delay or prevent your order from being processed.
