Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

All UK orders are delivered free of charge. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, and are delivered by UPS with a transit time of 4–8 business days. An estimated total delivery time of 5–10 business days.

Your order is shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, meaning the price you pay at checkout is final. No extra customs, import or handling charges will be requested on delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number and tracking link.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags and original packaging included. For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return cost where required.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We do not charge any restocking fee.
